Yes. You can queue as many as you’d like. I work on one at a time on Standard, two concurrent on Pro. The rest sit in your queue, ready to pull.

Brand strategy and logo design from scratch isn’t in scope — those benefit from a focused engagement, not a subscription. I can refer you to a few brand designers I trust.
On Standard, yes — for one active request at a time, typical scope. Very large requests (think a full marketing-site redesign) get scoped into multiple tickets so the rhythm holds.
